David W. Medack

Born San Antonio, Texas April 13, 1964; admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1992; Undergraduate education, The University of Houston – Clear Lake, Bachelor of Science (American Jurisprudence/Legal Studies) 1986; Legal education, The University of Arkansas School of Law – Fayetteville, Juris Doctorate 1991.

Mr. Medack’s trial experience ranges from successfully defending premises liability and property damage cases to complex death cases involving contact with high-voltage overhead power lines. Mr. Medack routinely represents Defendants in matters involving commercial trucking/transportation, commercial and residential construction, alleged toxic chemical exposure, and product liability matters.
