Mr. Medack’s trial experience ranges from successfully defending premises liability and property damage cases to complex death cases involving contact with high-voltage overhead power lines. Mr. Medack routinely represents Defendants in matters involving commercial trucking/transportation, commercial and residential construction, alleged toxic chemical exposure, and product liability matters.
