James P. Davis
Born in Panama City, Florida May 18, 1958; admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2000. Undergraduate education: University of Texas-San Antonio, Bachelors of Business Administration (Finance), 1992; Graduate education: Saint Mary’s University-San Antonio, Masters of Business Administration, 1997; Legal education: Saint Mary’s University-San Antonio, Juris Doctorate, 2000.
Mr. Davis has extensive experience in the areas of construction litigation (both plaintiff and defense bars), premises liability involving personal injury, property damage, trucking accidents, and complex death cases. Mr. Davis has first chair trial experience in Harris county state district and county courts, has represented clients before Texas’ First Court of Appeals, and successfully defended physicians against complaints before the Texas Medical Board.
